Air Culinaire Worldwide announced today the addition of Brian Collins, west coast sales manager, to its global sales organization.

"We are thrilled to add Brian to our dynamic sales team," said Monalisa Shaheen, director of sales. "We look forward to him utilizing his many areas of expertise in growing our west coast operations and working closely with our extensive client base in the western regional of the United States."

Brian brings five years of experience in business aviation and an additional three of culinary sales, food cost and management experience to the team. His expertise will be critical in providing the highest level of personalized services to Air Culinaire Worldwide's clients in the western half of the United States.
