Press Release

May 29, 2018
Air Culinaire Worldwide announced today the launch of new technological functionality which enables in-flight catering order photography to be shared with clients.
This new functionality exists within a previously developed delivery tracking app that is used internally in all Air Culinaire Worldwide kitchens. Photos are taken in the kitchen setting, before the catering departs for its intended delivery destination. Clients now have the ability to opt-in to receive photos via email for all of their orders out of the 19 owned-and-operated kitchen locations in the United States; with London and Paris soon to follow in the upcoming months.
“Our clients are diverse and their culinary expectations even more so, requiring a better method of conveying that the order has been delivered on time and is 100% accurate. By sharing this information, workload is decreased on the client's end, which is the objective of having this process in place,” said Nick King, director of client services. “Fewer telephone calls to verify that catering is in position will be another benefit, both for the client and the FBO accepting the catering order on behalf of the client.”
Clients may opt-in to automatically receive photos for all of their catering orders by calling +1 (813) 449-6000 or emailing orders@airculinaire.com. United States order photos will be provided going forth after the client services team completes updating the client's preferences within their profile. London and Paris orders photos will be provided as soon as the remaining technology development work has been completed.
