Mente Group appoints former Gulfstream executive Vincent Restivo as vice president

Mente Group, LLC, the Dallas, Texas-based international aviation advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Vincent Restivo as vice president, effective immediately. Reporting to Richard Emery, chief operating officer, Vince will be responsible for Mente's completion management business and will also provide business process and metrics consulting.

Restivo brings an eye for detail and a drive for excellence with over 32 years' business aviation experience to the role including 25 years at Gulfstream Aerospace, where he held several senior management positions including regional vice president of sales, based in Singapore, and director of completion sales, responsible for overseeing the completion process for all Gulfstream products. Thereafter Vince joined Hawker Beechcraft as vice president completions, responsible for the successful transition of the Hawker completion center in Little Rock, Arkansas. He then founded Addo Virtus Advisors, an advisory firm specializing in completion management, business process and metrics. 

His appointment is a further boost to a recently strengthened management team designed to help Mente deliver a diverse range of solutions, from consulting to asset management for corporations and financial institutions; aircraft sales and marketing. Its objective is to embrace each client project with a different and unique approach that focuses first and foremost on the customer's needs.

Vincent holds Associate Degrees in Electronics Technology and Avionics and has served as a panelist for Arkansas Governor's Aerospace Summits.
