PrivateSky Aviation Services, Inc. awarded Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) from Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands

PrivateSky Aviation Services, Inc., continues to expand its US FAA Part 145 Repair Station capabilities following approved maintenance organization (AMO) approval from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands. PrivateSky is the the largest independently owned facility in the world that deals exclusively in all large cabin Gulfstream models, focusing strictly and only on Gulfstream model GII, GIIB, GIII, G-IV, GV, G-450 and G-550 aircraft maintenance, avionics and interior refurbishments.

Royce L. Stevens Jr., chief operating officer of PrivateSky, said “We are looking to broaden our customer base and provide Gulfstream owners and operators the best support and service possible.

'So far in 2015 PrivateSky Aviation Services, Inc., has received DGAC approval from Mexico and approval for its maintenance implementation plan (MIP) required by Transport Canada. Additionally to these authorizations, PrivateSky is in the process of obtaining approval from the civil aviation authorities in Bermuda and will continue to maintain approvals from the CAA of Uganda and Ministry of Transport in Bahrain. We have found that with our efficient approach and experience that we can offer a savings of both total cost as well as aircraft downtime to customers based anywhere in the world.”
