Air charter operators give passengers the environmental green light
Rising numbers of air charter operators are establishing that they care about the environment. The British Business and General Aviation Association (BBGA) has launched a Carbon Balancing Scheme with London Executive Aviation, the first fully signed up operator.

Rising numbers of air charter operators are establishing that they care about the environment. The British Business and General Aviation Association (BBGA) has launched a Carbon Balancing Scheme with London Executive Aviation, the first fully signed up operator. LEA will now offer its clients the opportunity to balance the carbon emissions produced from their flights through the BBGA scheme.

ExecuJet Aviation Group has formed a partnership with myclimate to offer its charter customers worldwide the opportunity to fly carbon neutral. And Air Charter Service (ACS) has announced that it will be off-setting CO2 emissions generated by its worldwide offices purchased through The CarbonNeutral Company. ACS has chosen to off-set its emissions by investing in the Waste Gas Power Project, a methane capture project in the Rhine-Ruhr area of Germany.
