Brandt to oversee Challengers in Missouri for West Star
Zach Brandt started as a project administrator with West Star and progressed his career to lead, aircraft maintenance technician/challenger before his current promotion as a Challenger project manager.

US MRO specialist West Star Aviation has promoted Zach Brandt to the position of project manager of the Challenger programme at its Perryville Regional airport facility in Perryville, Missouri.

Brandt has more than 17 years of aviation experience, having started his career with Mid Coast Aviation in the composite shop. He joined the Marines, working on CH53E helicopters and attended SWIC, receiving his associate degree along with his A&P license. He is currently finishing his bachelor's in aviation maintenance management through SIU Carbondale. He started as a project administrator with West Star and progressed his career to lead, aircraft maintenance technician/challenger before his current promotion as a Challenger project manager.

“Zach continues to grow his technical skillset while proving to be a valuable asset to the West Star team and our PCD customers,” says Kyle French, general manager.
