Volato launches integrated app
The customer-designed app scales Volato operations for enhanced customer experiences: it offers pricing, booking and real-time data, integrated with Volato Mission Control.

Volato has introduced a mobile app designed to personalise the travel experience for fractional owners, Insider members and charter clients.

Features include streamlined flight booking, ground transportation, catering and access to exclusive discount programmes offered through Volato's growing network of partners. Deposit programme customers can conveniently view all financial transactions within the app. For fractional owners, the app goes a step further. It provides a dynamic, multimedia presentation that displays real-time information about their aircraft, including location, flight history, maintenance schedules and charter hours contributing to monthly revenue yield based on their ownership percentage.

"Our Volato mobile app was built based on extensive customer feedback and testing around the simple notion of giving our customers what they've asked for in the easiest and fastest way possible," says chief technology officer Steve Drucker.

The app is personalised for every user; intuitively presenting information and features relevant to their travel preferences, making it easy to explore charter options while offering customised information. For fractional owners it gives real-time insights on aircraft operations, location, flight history, maintenance data and revenue yield. Insider members get instant pricing, exclusive deals, last-minute offers and easy access to membership benefits, eliminating the need to check with reservations. And real-time, dynamic pricing simplifies the booking process for ad hoc charter accessibility.

The app is available for download. Volato plans to continually enhance it with regular updates, including HondaJet-specific features, reflecting its position as the world's largest HondaJet fleet operator.
