Duncan Aviation can now install Starlink satcom
Duncan has received strong interest from Gulfstream owner/operators with G450s and G550s who are awaiting the FAA's approval of STCs to install Starlink on their aircraft.
Duncan has Starlink installations scheduled at all three of its full service facilities in Battle Creek, Lincoln and Provo.

Duncan Aviation has finalised a dealership agreement with SpaceX to sell and install hardware for the Starlink high-speed, in-flight internet connectivity system on a growing list of makes and models of aircraft. Relying on the company's network of Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites, Starlink provides fast, reliable, uninterrupted in-flight connectivity around the world.

Several clients have already signed contracts for installations on Global aircraft models, scheduled at all three of Duncan Aviation's full service facilities in Battle Creek, Michigan; Lincoln, Nebraska; and Provo, Utah, as well as one of the company's satellite locations in Houston, Texas.

"We have strong interest from Gulfstream owner/operators with G450s and G550s who are awaiting the FAA's approval of STCs to install Starlink on their aircraft, and we expect to sign them as soon as the ink dries," says senior avionics sales rep Justin Vena.

Once FAA approval is received for each model, all of Duncan Aviation's full-service facilities and several of its work-away shops are qualified and authorised to perform the installation on the following aircraft:

- Gulfstream G550, G450, GIV and GV

- Global Express, XRS, 6000, 5000, 5500, 6500 and 7500

- King Air 200 and 300

"Clients have been asking us about Starlink connectivity options for quite some time, and we are pleased to be able to make the system available to them. This moderately priced, high-speed solution offers our business aviation customers yet another way to stay comfortably and reliably connected when they're travelling around the world," says VP of sales Ryan Huss.
