Patey Aviation has celebrated the groundbreaking for the highly-anticipated Patey Aviation Business Park at the Spanish Fork airport in Utah. This represents a $60 million first phase development of an overall $100 million total project. Boasting a prime location and an array of amenities, the park is set to firmly establish the Spanish Fork airport as a premier destination for private pilots.

"We're so grateful and excited for this investment and what will come from the efforts of this group and others," says city manager Seth Perrins. "We are going to have the greatest general aviation airport in the country."

The groundbreaking ceremony featured addresses from the three owners of the project, alongside Spanish Fork City officials, highlighting the collaborative effort that has brought this project to fruition.

The aviation hub will feature 66 hangars, ranging in price from $350,000 to $3.5 million and catering to the diverse needs of private pilots. With sizes ranging from 2,200 to 21,000 square feet, these hangars offer ample space and flexibility to accommodate various aircraft types.

One of the key features of the Patey Aviation Business Park is its emphasis on community and collaboration. Each hangar provides access to either a private suite or shared common suite, fostering opportunities for hangar owners to connect, collaborate and share resources. A public restaurant is planned with a clear view of aircraft landing and taking off.

Many aviation enthusiasts are drawn to this development not only for its exceptional facilities but also for the unparalleled recreational opportunities that Utah offers year-round.

Hangars are still available across all sizes and price ranges.
