CITIC leases three offshore helicopters for Shenzhen
Two Sikorsky S-92s and one Airbus H225, all configured for offshore passenger transport, will be deployed on critical offshore oil and gas missions from COHC's Shenzhen base.
One aircraft of three, an S-92, has already been delivered with the rest scheduled for coming months.

China-based rotary operator CITIC Offshore Helicopter Company (COHC) has signed lease agreements with Milestone Aviation Group for three heavy helicopters, two Sikorsky S-92 helicopters and one Airbus H225, all of which are configured for offshore passenger transport and will be deployed on critical offshore oil and gas missions from COHC's Shenzhen base. The first aircraft, an S-92, has already been delivered with the remaining aircraft scheduled to be delivered in the coming months.

Milestone's relationship with COHC began in 2014. The addition of these three aircraft brings COHC's total helicopter fleet on lease from Milestone to six.

General manager Zengjun Yan says: "We are delighted to be entering our tenth year of partnership with Milestone, and we greatly appreciate the continued support and expertise of the team. We look forward to working together with Milestone in the future."

Milestone CEO Pat Sheedy adds: "The signing of these lease agreements is a testament to the strength of our relationship with COHC, which is now a decade in the making. COHC is China's largest offshore operator, and Milestone is proud to continue to support its fleet requirements. We thank Mr Zengjun Yan and the COHC team for the trust they have placed in us."
