LJ Aviation and Sun Air Jets successfully renew ACSF audits
The two operators are upholding the highest level of safety practices and meeting the rigorous standards of the Industry Audit Standard.

LJ Aviation and Sun Air Jets have successfully renewed their biennial status on the Industry Audit Standard (IAS) registry. The ACSF's IAS is recognised as an all-encompassing aviation safety audit for Part 135 and Part 91 aircraft operators. The renewal of their status on the IAS registry exemplifies both companies' unwavering commitment to safety, professionalism and exceptional service.

ACSF president and CEO Bryan Burns says: "We extend our hardiest congratulations to both organisations for upholding the highest level of safety practices and meeting the rigorous standards of our Industry Audit Standard. Their unwavering dedication to safety is inspiring to the entire aviation community. We're proud to have the company as valued, longstanding members of the Air Charter Safety Foundation."

LJ Aviation provides a variety of diversified aircraft services including charter, maintenance, aircraft storage, FBO and consulting services. Founded in 1980 by Edward and Mary Ann Kilkeary, the company currently manages and operates a fleet of thirty aircraft ranging in size from the BBJ and Global 5000 to smaller Cessna, Bombardier and Beechcraft products. The company is headquartered in the LJ Aviation FBO facility at Arnold Palmer airport in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and has a range of satellite bases for operations and offices in Bedford, Massachusetts; Marshfield, Wisconsin; Rochester, NY and at Greater Pittsburgh International.

Sun Air Jets was founded in 1999 by an aircraft owner who realised the aircraft management industry did not always work in the best interest of its clients. The private jet operator has a flawless safety record spanning over 20 years, and provides aircraft management, maintenance, hangars and charter services around the world. Based in Los Angeles and Ventura County, it also offers an FBO at its Camarillo headquarters.
