MJets gains Gulfstream and Textron appointments
These strategic milestones reflect the company's ongoing commitment to excellence in aircraft maintenance and its position as a trusted partner within the aviation industry.
MJets Thailand is appointed a Gulfstream authorised warranty facility.

Thailand-based MJets has been appointed an official warranty facility for Gulfstream manufactured aircraft and an authorised sales representative for new Textron Aviation aircraft sales.

As an official Gulfstream warranty facility, MJets will provide comprehensive warranty support for a wide range of aircraft models, including the G280, G550, G650, G650ER, G500 and G600 aircraft.

MJets CEO Natthapatr Sibunruang says: “We are excited and honoured to be appointed as an official warranty facility by Gulfstream, one of the most reputable private jet manufacturers in the industry. This achievement underlines our commitment to delivering exceptional maintenance services and reinforces our standing as a reliable aviation partner. It is our aim to pursue excellence and to continue to raise the bar for aircraft maintenance standards across the region.”

“Delivering exemplary worldwide customer support is a hallmark of the Gulfstream ownership experience and we are pleased to partner with MJets to enhance our authorised service network in the Asia Pacific,” adds Gulfstream Customer Support president Derek Zimmerman.

MJets will be equipped with a comprehensive inventory of genuine OEM parts and spares while customers can enjoy tax exemptions when servicing their aircraft at its Don Mueang International airport service centre in Bangkok. Customers who choose MJets as their warranty facility can expect rapid turnaround times and personalised support from a team of engineering experts.

The company is also officially appointed as an authorised sales representative for new aircraft sales in the Kingdom of Thailand by Textron. This includes all Cessna Citation models, as well as Cessna and Beech pistons and turboprop models for commercial customers. MJets continues to be a Textron Aviation authorised service facility for the Cessna Caravan family of turboprops.

“We are proud to be appointed as an authorised sales representative for Textron Aviation in Thailand. MJets was born from a passion for aviation. Owning and operating the Cessna Citation Bravo and the Citation X has allowed us to introduce charter and air ambulance services in the region,” says William Heinecke, chairman and founder of Minor Group, MJets' parent company.

“Private aviation has proved itself to businesses and high net worth individuals during the COVID pandemic. Becoming an ASR is part of our strategy to reinforce MJet's position as an industry trailblazer and deliver greater value to our customers in Thailand and beyond. With our outstanding reputation and track record in the region, I am confident we will expand our network of local customers and opportunities,” adds GP Group chairman and founder Kirit Shah.
