Bonda joins Mente as US northeast MD
Kyle Bonda's previous experience coupled with his passion and enthusiasm for aviation make him a great fit for providing Mente Group clients with the resources and solutions they need.

US aviation advisory and brokerage firm Mente Group has appointed Kyle 'KB' Bonda as managing director for the US Northeast. Bonda's knowledge and experience in the industry includes aircraft sales and acquisitions, market intelligence, aircraft marketing, operations, charter and management.

Bonda first developed a passion for aviation while serving in the US Navy. After a successful consulting career in the high-end luxury automotive industry, he transitioned to the aviation industry in 2017. He served as a sales specialist for four years with Avjet Global before moving to the role of sales director at NexGen Flight Solutions.

“We're very pleased to welcome Kyle to Mente Group,” says president and CEO Brian Proctor. “His past experience coupled with his passion and enthusiasm for aviation make him a great fit for providing clients with the resources and solutions they need.”

Bonda holds a BA in political science and government from East Stroudsburg University. His background also includes leadership experience with international non-profit organisations.

“I'm excited to be working with Mente Group,” adds Bonda. “I look forward to expanding my knowledge and expertise and ultimately best serving my clients.”
