Opportunities provide growth among TAC Air ranks
As Christina Lang moves over to TAC Air's St Louis airport FBO, so her place at Fort Smith Regional airport is filled by company veteran Allison Graham. Personal development is a key strategy for the organisation.

US FBO network TAC Air is moving Christina Lang to lead its St Louis FBO as general manager at Spirit of St Louis airport in Chesterfield, Missouri, after serving in the same role at its Fort Smith Regional airport in Arkansas FBO for the past two years. An eight year veteran of TAC Air, Lang will be a hands-on manager of the business, utilising experience from her time at Arkansas.

Lang says: “Fort Smith was an amazing location to hone my general manager skills. It does a bit of everything including airline support, military support services, general aviation ground services and air charter ground support. I know I will be able to take what I learned there and apply it to St Louis, one of the largest GA-only airports in the Midwest.”

Previously Lang was at Dallas, where she served three years in a system-wide role for TAC Air as manager of administrative services, and prior to that she worked as customer service manager for the company in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, and as a customer service representative in Provo, Utah. She charted her course in aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona, where she studied aeronautical science. Lang completed her commercial pilot certificate and worked as a corporate pilot flying mining executives in Arizona and New Mexico.

TAC Air has promoted Allison Graham to lead its Fort Smith FBO in Lang's place. A 31 year veteran of the company, Graham progressively served as ramp hostess, CSR, aircraft maintenance administrator and most recently as the customer service manager, a position she has held for the last 22 years.

“I look forward to continuing our team's 'service with no ceiling' approach to business and welcoming new customers to the airport," says Graham. "New and exciting opportunities are unfolding at the airport in the near future, and I am thrilled to be a part of and lead the team through them.”

“The leadership and success Lang showed during her time as general manager of Fort Smith has positioned her to be an ideal leader in taking over at St Louis, replacing long-time general manager Phil Bissonnette upon his retirement,” says COO Joe Gibney. “Graham worked her way up, successfully mastering several roles within the FBO, gaining knowledge, industry and internal company experience, always showing enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, making her an ideal leader to take the reins after Lang.”

He adds: “These promotions are a testament to the importance we put on personal development at TAC Air and its impact within our system. Recognising individuals who are committed to building the organisation actively contributes to the growth the company has seen.”
