Western Aircraft awarded Mexican AFAC approval
Mexican-registered aircraft can now receive MRO services from AFAC-approved Western Aircraft, a US-based full service FBO, repair station and maintenance facility.
Owners of Mexico-registered aircraft can now obtain MRO services through Western Aircraft.

Idado-based Western Aircraft has received authorisation from Mexico's Federal Civil Aviation Agency to provide full maintenance and repair services for Mexico-registered Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, Hawker, Cessna, King Air, Pilatus, Embraer and Piper aircraft.

“We are excited to expand our capabilities to work on Mexican-registered aircraft,” says director of sales and marketing Kerry Heiss. “Having spoken with numerous Mexican operators, we know they value working with capable MRO facilities. In addition, our avionics, interior and structures departments complement our maintenance work for a broad array of jet and turboprop aircraft.”

Western Aircraft maintains a substantial customer base from the US and Canada and has worked on diverse types of airframes including Quest aircraft.
