Fly the Whale sets up a short hop from the Bahamas
Cessna Caravan specialist Fly the Whale has expanded its charter services in Florida. Two aircraft have been allocated to a new Fort Lauderdale base, with three more to be added in the coming weeks.
For Fly the Whale safety is a top priority, and all private charters are flown with two pilots that meet ARGUS requirements.

US Part 135 Fly The Whale is offering charter services from its new base at Fort Lauderdale Executive airport in Florida. It can now take passengers to the Bahamas, in addition to offering intra-Florida flights.

Fly The Whale's southern fleet consists of three Cessna 208EX Caravan seaplanes, which seat eight people, and two standard Caravans, which can accommodate nine. It says safety is a priority, and all private charters are flown with two pilots that meet ARGUS requirements.

“All of us at Fly The Whale are excited to have begun warm weather operations from our new base in Fort Lauderdale,” says Omer ErSelcuk, president. “We have two aircraft in place and will add three more over the next few weeks to meet peak Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's demand.”

Fly The Whale will be based at the W Aviation FBO.
