Interflight is under new management as Voluxis sells
Voluxis has decided the time is right for AAM to take ownership of Interflight. It holds FAA approvals on Hawker 400XP, 700, 800B, 750, 800/850XP, 900, 1000 and Gulfstream 550.

Aviation Asset Management (AAM) has purchased Interflight Technical Services, a maintenance company based at London's Biggin Hill airport, from Voluxis after eight years under its ownership.

AAM's director, Andrew Villis, says: “We are delighted to have completed the purchase of Interflight. The company has a reputation for excellence in its field and recently received FAA approval for maintenance on US-registered aircraft. We hold a number of approvals on a wide range of aircraft and are looking to further expand our capabilities.”

George Rolls, chairman of Voluxis, comments: “We felt that this was the right time to leave Interflight in someone else's hands. We are delighted that it is Andrew and AAM Ltd, as we feel that they are the perfect partners for this. We intend to still work closely with Interflight for our technical and maintenance needs as we know how excellent their team is.”

Interflight holds approvals on Hawker 400XP, 700, 800B, 750, 800/850XP, 900, 1000, Beechjet 400a, Gulfstream 550 and Phenom 300.
