Incoming CEO Henrik Höjer to lead CTT in 2022
Höjer has been senior VP at RUAG since 2017, overseeing 500 employees in Switzerland, France, Germany and the UAE. Prior to this he has more than 20 years of experience from Saab.

The board of directors at CTT Systems, an aircraft humidity control systems company based in Sweden, has appointed Henrik Höjer as the new CEO to succeed Torbjörn Johansson when he retires on 1 April. Höjer is currently senior VP at RUAG Simulation and Training. He is 55-years-old and since 2017 has been senior VP at RUAG, which has 500 employees in Switzerland, France, Germany and the UAE. Prior to this he has more than 20 years of experience from Saab in leading positions at Saab's aviation business unit (today Aeronautics) and as CEO for Saab Training Systems.

“The board welcomes Henrik Höjer as the next CEO at CTT Systems,” says chairman Tomas Torlöf. “Henrik is an appreciated leader with extensive experience in aviation and international businesses. He has the background and personality to lead CTT and continue the execution of our long-term strategy.”

Höjer adds: “I look forward to beginning at CTT, a leading company in an emerging niche, with a strong value and sustainability proposition. CTT has a strong market position with a clearly defined strategy. It will be a pleasure to engage with the organisation and continue to jointly develop CTT and drive its market.”

Fellow board member Anna Höjer is married to Henrik Höjer. She has not participated in the evaluation process or in the decision to appoint Henrik, and will leave her assignment as board member of CTT with effect when Henrik Höjer starts his position as CEO on 1 April 2022.
