Pro Airways proceeds with ACSF induction
Pro Airways' director of standardisation and training Robert M. Frye says that his company's interest in the ASAP programme stems from 45,000 hours of safe flying that the company founders have under their belt.

Boston and New York City-based Pro Airways has become the latest company to join the Air Charter Safety Foundation's 225-strong roster. The operator has also joined the Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP), which is administered by the ACSF in partnership with the FAA. As programme members, Pro Airways employees may voluntarily report significant safety concerns, non-compliance with regulations and other unusual events. Each report is investigated, and corrective actions are determined based on a non-disciplinary approach to flight safety.

Director of standardisation and training, Robert M. Frye, says: “Our interest in membership in the ACSF stems from the fact that our two founders have a combined 45,000 hours of safe commercial aviation experience between them. Together, they've created a company that strives for the utmost in professionalism and safety. We look forward to participating in the Aviation Safety Action Program.”

“Of course we're delighted to accept Pro Airways as one of our newest ACSF members,” adds ACSF president Bryan Burns. “Its emphasis on maintaining extremely high standards of safety in all its operations makes it a perfect candidate for the ACSF, as well as for our ASAP programme. We look forward to working with the team.”
