Western bolsters maintenance with promoted pair
Steve Myers has been promoted to jet service manager at Western Aircraft, while Steve Rozbora is stepping up as the company's turboprop production manager, having only joined the company in May.

Western Aircraft has promoted two members of staff within its maintenance department.

Steve Myers has been promoted to jet service manager. His primary duties include day-to-day operations with a focus on allocating manpower and driving production to meet customer needs. He has been with Western Aircraft for 13 years and previously served in various roles as lead and team lead throughout his tenure.

Steve Rozbora is also stepping into an increased role as Western Aircraft's turboprop production manager. He has been with Western Aircraft since May of this year as a quality control floor inspector. In his new role, he is responsible for daily manpower allocation, utilisation and tracking of the maintenance with direct oversight on the project. He additionally provides logistical support for other key areas. Prior to joining Western, he was with Honeywell International for 21 years with his most recent position being director of maintenance.
