Casey makes a great case to join Guardian team
Prior to Guardian Jet, Casey Crafton served as an assembly technician at Pratt & Whitney in Middletown, Connecticut, and as a lead aircraft technician at Embraer Executive Jet Services in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.
Casey Crafton could be called to a flight test at a moment's notice.

A&P mechanic Casey Crafton is the latest addition to Guardian Jet's aircraft brokerage in-house maintenance team, where he will perform on-site aircraft evaluations and oversee aircraft pre-buy inspections. As technical services manager, Crafton will also play a client-facing role by providing sound aviation technical advice, market research and key insights.

Crafton brings to Guardian Jet more than a decade of aircraft maintenance experience as an airframe and powerplant mechanic, having worked on business, commercial and general aviation jet engines. Most recently, he performed maintenance on the Embraer Lineage, Embraer Legacy (500, 600 and 650) and Embraer Phenom (100 and 300).

Prior to Guardian Jet, he served as an assembly technician at Pratt & Whitney in Middletown, Connecticut, and as a lead aircraft technician at Embraer Executive Jet Services in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.

“Casey is a tremendous asset to our technical team,” notes co-founder, executive VP and ops director Mike Mikolay. “This is not an easy role to fill, as our aircraft maintenance professionals often have to leave at a moment's notice to attend a test flight, evaluate an aircraft for one of our acquisition clients or monitor a client's pre-buy inspection. It takes dedication, loyalty and a strong client service commitment, all of which are central to the Guardian Jet ethos.”

Additionally, Guardian Jet recently hired Tory Cornell as vault project coordinator, and Joan Dwyer as aircraft market researcher.
