ARGUS awards Platinum rating to Presidential
Florida operator Presidential Aviation has proved its adherence to safety standards following its award of Platinum rating from ARGUS.
Presidential Aviation is now a Platinum-rated ARGUS operator.

Fort Lauderdale Executive airport-based charter and management company Presidential Aviation has received an ARGUS Platinum rating.

Presidential Aviation's director of safety and training Jason Wilde says: “We have worked diligently to become one of the safest international charter operators from which to choose. We are extremely honoured to have received this high-level rating.”

“It is our mission to become the safest and most reliable operator in the industry,” adds chief executive officer Oscar Arce. “We will continue to improve our practices, procedures and operations to exceed standards.”

Presidential Aviation specialises in worldwide private jet charter and aircraft management. For jet management customers, the firm offers pilot and flight crew training, crew management and scheduling, aircraft maintenance and record-keeping services.

The company is a Wyvern Wingman Operator, a Stage I IS-BAO registered and ARGUS Platinum rated company and an NATA member with a facility consisting of more than 36,000 sq ft of hangar space. The company employs factory-trained maintenance technicians and holds a 14 CFR part 145 certified repair station certificate (9PVR416M).

The Platinum rating is the highest ARGUS designation awarded to operators that have demonstrated historical safety, developed functional safety management systems (SMS) and emergency response plans (ERP), and have passed an ARGUS on-site safety audit. The rating also requires that ARGUS perform annual pilot and flight crew background checks. ARGUS International is considered by some as one of the most accurate and unbiased third-party organisations for rating charter operators worldwide.
