Asian Sky Group gains IADA dealer accreditation
ASG is the first dealer headquartered in Asia to become a part of IADA. It joins 25 existing dealers and seven new IADA dealers but is the sole representative for Asia Pacific based clients.
Asian Sky Group managing director Jeffrey Lowe talks of IADA accreditation.

Hong Kong business aviation consulting firm Asian Sky Group (ASG) has recently been granted accreditation through the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA), a trade organisation aimed at setting the standards for efficient, effective and ethical business aircraft transactions. ASG is the first dealer headquartered in Asia to become a part of IADA, joining 25 existing dealers and seven new IADA dealers.

“ASG has always prided itself on its business practices, ethics and transparency,” says managing director Jeffrey Lowe. “To become IADA certified solidifies this and will benefit not only the industry but end users too. We will continue to conduct transactions with the utmost professionalism to retain our status, providing our clients with continued trust and confidence through all stages of an aircraft transaction.”

He continues: “ASG is also pleased to become the first Asia-based dealer to be part of IADA. While many of the dealers engage in transactions in Asia, ASG solely represents Asia Pacific based clients.”

ASG passed stringent requirements to become certified. Once granted initial accreditation, dealers must be re-accredited every three years. While only three per cent of all aircraft dealers merit IADA accreditation, they handle more than 50 per cent of the pre-owned business jet transactions. IADA recently launched www.aircraftexchange.com, a marketplace listing aircraft offered by IADA dealers and brokers.
