Sun Air Jets, Camarillo, CA, has renewed its status on the Air Charter Safety Foundation's Industry Audit Standard (IAS) registry.

Sun Air Jets is proud to be a part of the Air Charter Safety Foundation team,” said Sun Air Jets' president and COO Brian Counsil. “The recent audit by ACSF helped improve our practices and safety culture as we continue to pursue the safest operation possible.”

The IAS is the first and only extensive audit programme specifically created for on-demand operators by a committee of Part 135 and 91K industry leaders. It is conducted every 24 months and is in-depth in its evaluation of regulatory compliance and the operator's SMS programme against both FAA and international standards.

Sun Air Jets specialises in the operation of long range jets, and has a highly diverse fleet including Gulfstream, Global, Challenger, Falcon and Citation models.
