Vaerus Aviation, an aircraft management company based in Topeka, Kansas, has joined the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF). Along with 177 other companies, Vaerus will now support the ACSF's vision to promote and enable the highest levels of safety in personal and business aviation through the promotion and facilitation of risk management programmes.

“Safety is at the foundation of all our services,” says VP and ops director Patrick Traul. “Our steadfast dedication to passenger safety and security is supported by a comprehensive and ongoing programme of internal review and third-party audits. Our membership heightens the validity of our commitment to safety, and we're very pleased to have the support of the ACSF.”

Vaerus' entire operation utilises a safety management system to assess and mitigate risk. It has a comprehensive pre-flight risk assessment process that ensures strict adherence to international aviation safety standards. “We are delighted that Vaerus will be participating in the ACSF-ASAP programme as well," says ACSF president Bryan Burns.

Vaerus has a second base of operation in Scottsdale, Arizona, offering aircraft management, acquisition and sales services.
