Cutter Aviation builds management team
Cutter Aviation's management team has been bolstered by the promotion of Leo Hernandez to manager of aircraft service, and Chris Muise to TBM aircraft client relationship manager.
Leo Hernandez is manager of aircraft service at Cutter Aviation.

Cutter Aviation has promoted Leo Hernandez to the position of manager of aircraft service, responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance operations. The role includes the successful implementation of maintenance projects and cost-effective utilisation of department resources to meet or exceed the service and aircraft upgrade requirements requested from the company's maintenance clients.

Hernandez joined Cutter Aviation in 2015 as a maintenance technician for its Part 145 repair station in Phoenix, Arizona. His aptitude for maintenance management resulted in rapid promotion to lead mechanic then supervisor. He has also devoted his time to strengthening numerous client relationships while focusing on improving efficiencies within the maintenance department.

Chris Muise has been appointed client relationship manager supporting TBM aircraft clients. He will be the dedicated point of contact for client ownership experience and expediting post-sale maintenance to include managing and coordinating action plans with approved service centres.

Muise joined Cutter Aviation in 2013 and as a lead mechanic he supported clients during aircraft maintenance and upgrade services by working closely with the aircraft service manager. Previously he worked on a wide variety of aircraft models at an authorised service centre for Beechcraft products. He has attended numerous FlightSafety training courses and achieved the FlightSafety Master Technician certificate for the Beechcraft King Air 200. He is also a certified A&P.
