JAI M2 surpasses Mustang range
JAI, a Danish corporate operator, has selected the Citation M2 to replace its Mustang. “It flies faster and longer than the Mustang,” says president and ceo Jorgen Andersen.

JAI, a Danish corporate operator, has selected the Citation M2 to replace its Mustang. “It flies faster and longer than the Mustang,” says president and ceo Jorgen Andersen. “It has a very comfortable cabin and the sound level is very good.”

Having taken delivery of the aircraft in January, Andersen, who pilots the aircraft himself, had to undergo some type rating training before he could commence corporate operations. He says that it has lived up to expectations: “It will not change the operations much, but range and speed are improved.”

JAI manufactures industrial cameras and machine vision cameras for use in a wide range of applications including factory automation and inspection, transportation, aerospace, homeland security, medical and scientific markets. Along with the M2 it also flies an EC135T2+.
