Constant Aviation welcomes new senior sales manager for CARE division

Constant Aviation, a full-service nationwide MRO, has announced and welcomed Scott LaFleur as senior sales manager for Constant Aviation Rotable Exchange (CARE) division. CARE offers tailored support for finding and providing aircraft parts, with services including parts support, distribution, part-outs and repair support. Scott will be responsible for helping customers across the U.S. find solutions to all their aircraft parts and services needs. He will have a showhouse of more than $60 million in inventory assets at his fingertips and a network of resources to find innovative solutions for customers nationwide.

Prior to joining CARE, Scott held various roles in general, corporate, and commercial aviation focused in the aftermarket parts arena. Most recently, he served as a Gulfstream and Hawker specialist for operators and service centers while with Business Aerotech. “We are always looking to add the best and brightest industry professionals to the team. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to CARE,” commented Dana Seese, vice president CARE and procurement. “As we continue to grow, it is increasingly important to ensure our customers receive the unique and unparalleled service experience they have come to expect from us. Adding Scott to our team is another example of our commitment to standing above the rest and creating relationships in the industry so customers know they can count on us.”

Scott joins the CARE team with more than 25 years of experience in the aviation community. He was always fascinated with aviation and when the right door opened early in his career he seized the opportunity. Scott started by promoting oil analysis programs to corporate and general aviation companies. He also served on both the Houston and DFW area PAMA chapter board of directors. Fast forward to today, he came to CARE because of its reputation for having a great culture and environment that focuses on the customer.

Born and raised in Louisiana, Scott has lived coast-to-coast during his career. While his heart and family are in Texas and Louisiana, he is enjoying calling beautiful western North Carolina home.
