West Star Aviation completes tenth Gogo Avance L5 platform installment

West Star Aviation is pleased to announce it has installed and delivered its tenth aircraft equipped with Gogo Avance L5 entertainment system.

The Gogo Avance L5 is a single platform that provides a Gogo Biz 4G in-flight internet experience including video streaming, audio on-demand media, personal smartphone use and real-time data. The system is fully integrated and includes 802.11 AC dual-band Wi-Fi, advanced routers, moving maps, news clips, weather and more.

“We are proud to continue to offer our customers connectivity in-flight,” said West Star Aviation’s Dave Feuerhak, technical sales manager, avionics. “The platform allows customers to not worry about missing an important meeting, presentation, or call because they are in-flight. With the quick installation process from our team, you can get and stay connected from 30,000 feet,” said Feuerhak.

West Star has been an authorized Gogo Business Aviation dealer for over 15 years and has the resources to install both cockpit and cabin avionics systems. The company is currently in works to complete over 20 Avance L5 installations by the end of the first quarter. These installations will be successfully implemented on 17 airframe variants including: Challenger 604, Challenger 605, Citation Sovereign, Citation X, Embraer Legacy 600, Falcon 2000, Falcon 2000EX, F2000LX, Falcon 900, Falcon 900EX, Falcon 7x Global Express, Global 6000, Gulfstream G450, Gulfstream GIV-SP, Gulfstream G550, Learjet 60 and more.
