Best Jets International to build new facilities at St. Paul Downtown airport

Best Jets International will begin construction on a two-hangar facility at St. Paul Downtown Airport (KSTP) this spring. Each hangar will have 19,200 sq. ft. for aircraft storage, with additional adjoining space for a passenger lobby, offices and maintenance. The multimillion dollar project will be the first new lease development at the St. Paul airport in over a decade.

“Our new hangars will give us the space we need to accommodate the growth of our client base and the number of aircraft under management,” said VP of operations Larry Gregg. “The addition of a fuel farm and ground equipment will also allow us to expand our capabilities,” he added.

Best Jets International will continue to operate out of its current location at Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport until the project is completed in late summer 2018. Local contractor RJ Ryan was selected to execute the project.

Founded in 1995, Best Jets International is a full-service Part 135 air charter and aircraft management company with global operating authority.
