GE Aviation has renewed its authorized service center agreement with Duncan Aviation to continue superior service and support for GE-powered customers.

Since 2011, Duncan Aviation's three full-service locations in Battle Creek, Michigan; Lincoln, Nebraska; and Provo, Utah have been members of GE's network of 40 authorized service centers for CF34 engines. Duncan Aviation provides a wide range of services including engine removal and reinstallation, borescopes, line replaceable units (LRUs), and inspections to support CF34 operators.

To help business jet operators meet the upcoming Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) mandate and prevent operational disruption, Duncan Aviation and GE Aviation have teamed up to provide incentives for GE OnPoint engine service customers through Duncan Aviation's nationwide full-service and satellite avionics facilities.

Under this program, installation labor related to ADS-B upgrades and engine diagnostic upgrades for GE's Prognostic Health Management PLUS solution are discounted for new and current OnPoint customers.

GE Aviation's authorized service network for business and general aviation engines numbers more than 50 sites globally for M601, H80, CFM56, and CF34 engines. This network enables customers to have access to OEM-quality service and support around the world.

Since its service entry in 1983 on the Challenger 601 business jet, the CF34 has earned an industry-leading reputation as one of the cleanest, quietest and most fuel-efficient engines in its class. These rugged, airliner-class powerplants set a new standard in corporate aviation for reliability and low maintenance costs.

Across the CF34 family, GE has delivered more than 7,000 engines and continuously invests in product enhancements. Today, CF34 engines are in service with more than 900 business jet operators in more than 69 countries. CF34-3A1 and -3B1 engines have accumulated more than 62 million flight hours and 55 million cycles since entry into service.
