Web Manuals doubles US customer base within six months

Web Manuals Inc., developer of digital documentation solutions for the aviation industry, has doubled its customer base to 20 in the United States, the world's largest business aviation market, in six months.

The rise in US-based customers, which includes Tradewind Aviation, Presidential Aviation and KOLOB Canyons Air Services, demonstrates the recognition by businesses of the benefits digitizing their aviation documentation brings, allowing them to react quickly to regulatory changes in order to remain compliant and stay ahead of their competitors.

Nickolaus Ogle, assistant director of operations, Tradewind Aviation, says: “Since our conception in 2001, we have operated on the premise that every Tradewind flight requires the highest quality aircraft, crew and service. It is, therefore, only natural we seek resources that aid us in delivering this service and Web Manuals' technology offers us significant time- and administration-saving benefits, which will simultaneously improve our regulatory compliance and flight safety.”

PHI Air Medical, the leading air ambulance provider in the US, has been a Web Manuals customer since 2016, using the company's technology for the digitization, authoring and compliance management of its operational documentation.

Ed Goodman, airplane flights standards manager at PHI Air Medical, explains: “Web Manuals has revolutionized the way we create, manage and deliver content within our organization. The integration of the application within PHI Air Medical gives our employees immediate, easy access to any document or policy they may need, which can be updated seamlessly, and has greatly improved our agility in operations.”

Martin Lidgard, founder and CEO of Web Manuals, adds: “We are very excited to be exhibiting at NBAA this year. During last year's conference we forecasted 2017 to be a very strong year for us and I'm delighted that we have doubled our customer base here within the first six months of the year. Our latest US customers include five Fortune 500 companies with Part-91 flight operations and a plethora of East and West Coast Part-135 operators, who all clearly recognize the benefits Web Manuals will bring to them and we look forward to working with more like-minded businesses in the future.”

Web Manuals is exhibiting at NBAA in booth C8709.
