Avfuel, Sheltair and Banyan Air Service greet, meet and serve LABACE attendees

Representatives from Avfuel, Sheltair and Banyan Air Service are meeting with LABACE attendees at the annual convention in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and also serving the Latin aviation community's needs with their FBO and fueling services throughout southern Florida.

Avfuel's Patrick Frawley, contract fuel, and Sheltair FLL's Juan Londono, general manager, are attending to walk the show to personally talk with attendees interested in the Avfuel and Sheltair networks. Banyan Air Service's Ed Bracero, director of Latin American sales, is situated in booth number 3011 to speak with attendees and answer any questions about Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport's (KFXE) premier FBO.

To better serve Florida's aviation community, Sheltair is focusing on expansion with multiple development opportunities, notably in south Florida's Fort Lauderdale region.

Sheltair FLL, at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, is developing its westside hangar complex expansion, to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017 (pre-leasing is now available). The complex includes eight new hangars ranging from 13,500 square feet to 20,000 square feet, each with build-to-suit office and shop space from 2,100 square feet to 3,200 square feet. All eight hangars feature 28 foot high doors.

Guests to Sheltair FLL enjoy convenient access to the 8,000 foot south runway, 24/7 U.S. customs on property, tremendous parking space on the ramp and full-service amenities complete with Sheltair's award-winning service, as consistently recognized in both Pro Pilot magazine and AIN FBO surveys throughout its network of 17 FBO locations.

In addition to its KFLL location, Sheltair offers development opportunities at Fort Lauderdale's KFXE in partnership with Banyan Air Service, also one of the nation's top-voted FBOs these past 10 years, as the FBO provider, offering VIP customer care, maintenance, avionics, rampside auto access, a pilot's lounge and snooze room, and more.

Sheltair FXE Northside, at the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, is completing its final design and governmental approvals to begin construction on its new 200,000 square feet FXE northside hangar and office complex, to be completed early 2018 (pre-leasing is now available). The complex includes eight new hangars with approximately 20,000 square feet, each with build-to-suit office and shop space from 2,100 square feet to 3,200 square feet. All eight hangars feature 28 foot high doors. This new first-class FXE northside complex will be complete with a full service second FBO terminal, anchored by Sheltair's long-time tenant and FBO partner, Banyan Air Service.

Beyond Fort Lauderdale, Sheltair ORL (Orlando, FL) completed two new hangar facilities in May totaling 22,600 square feet of hangar space and 3,600 square feet of office space, and will break ground soon on a new, 32,000 square foot executive terminal to be completed prior to the 2018 NBAA Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition, returning to Orlando, FL, next fall. Sheltair TPA (Tampa, FL) also began construction on a 32,000 square foot hangar to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017 (pre-leasing now available). In addition, Sheltair SAV in Savannah, GA, is building its third hangar to total 34,200 square feet and completed by fall 2018.
