Aerospace Turbine Rotables, Inc. has become the second First Aviation Services Inc. subsidiary to announce the introduction of a new customer portal filled with many powerful features in an intuitive customer interface. The portal is being been rolled out to domestic and international customers with a very positive response.
Ryan Corbean, IT manager for AeTR, said “Our customers desire greater accessibility to everything from reviewing and approving quotes to looking up airway bill numbers. The new portal gives them 24-hour real-time access to these features as well as the ability to review of work order status and estimated completion dates, download condition reports, 8130s, invoices and payable status.”
