Aero Expo Panama Pacifico announces program and suppliers

Yvan Boniface, organizer of Aero Expo Panama Pacifico, has announced the preliminary program for the event, including speakers, topics, exhibitors and official suppliers.

The Aero Expo Panama Pacifico (AEPP) will be held at the Panama Pacifico International Airport from April 20-21, 2017, and will include a diverse slate of exhibitors and attendees from the Americas and Caribbean. It is the largest aviation exhibition between Mexico and Brazil and promises from early registrations and exhibition agreements to be larger than its premier in 2016.

The program outlines the two days of events, beginning with an opening ceremony and ribbon cutting at 9:30 am local time on Thursday, April 20.

From 10:30 to 12:30, the conference will include presentations from Joseph Fidanque III, the director general of Tocumen SA, and Fernando Ratto, the project manager for Latin America and the Caribbean, who is expected to speak about the airport master plan. Christopher Barks, the director of the western hemisphere office of the FAA will speak about ADS-B Implementation in the US before 2020.

On Friday, April 21st, the conference will continue with a presentation by Captain Daniel Puyol of CRM on human factors in aviation. Other workshops and technical briefings will be provided by Dassault and Embraer as well as the Querétaro Aeronautical University (Mexico), and the Technological University of Panama. Drone usage is tentatively planned as a technical or workshop topic for Friday as well, presenters and titles to be announced.

All presentations, workshops and technical briefings are included with the AEPP admission pass.

Levon Aviation Ltd. has been appointed the official supplier of AEPP17, and will provide services including electric power supply, aircraft ground power unit rental, air conditioning unit rental, and aircraft detailing services on site for exhibitors.

The current list of registered exhibitors for the Aero Expo Panama Pacifico include:

The first annual Aero Expo Panama Pacifico was held in Panama City in 2016. AEPP is the only aviation exposition of its kind between Mexico and Brazil. The first event included a wide, diverse and growing market for business aviation products and services; indoor and outdoor exhibits and displays, as well as educational seminars. Events included a panel discussion on finance and legal aspects of business aviation and a panel discussion on the future of business aviation in Panama and the region.

Its purpose is to become the most relevant trade fair and marketing forum in Latin America for business aviation.
