Hawker Pacific announces successful integration of Aeromil Pacific

Hawker Pacific, the leading aircraft sales and product support company in Asia, the Pacific and the Middle East has today announced the successful integration of Aeromil Pacific into the Hawker Pacific group of companies.

Since acquiring Aeromil Pacific in August 2015, the company has been focusing on a smooth transition integrating Aeromil Pacific operations into the Hawker Pacific group which from 25th July onwards will be operating under the Hawker Pacific name.

“This is an exciting milestone which strengthens Hawker Pacific's ability to capitalise on the substantial growth in aviation services in the region and cements Hawker Pacific as the leader in aviation solutions throughout Asia Pacific,” says Hawker Pacific CEO Alan Smith.

"Aeromil Pacific's shared commitment to providing high quality products and exceptional customer service has been instrumental in the success of the integration process. Since acquiring Aeromil Pacific last year we have been working closely with customers, suppliers and industry bodies including the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) to ensure a seamless transition. Business backend systems have been in place since February and this marks the final step of this exciting transition.”

The acquisition rounds out Hawker Pacific's product portfolio with the addition of Cessna aircraft sales, spares support and authorised Citation service centres. The company now provides access to the range of Textron Aviation's iconic products including Beechcraft, Bell Helicopter and Cessna all under one banner.

Hawker Pacific has welcomed the expertise of Aeromil Pacific staff into the team including Steve Padgett, Aeromil Pacific's principal, taking the role of deputy chairman, Hawker Pacific Australia. In his role Steve has been facilitating Hawker Pacific's marketing and sales focus around the Cessna product, in Australia and New Zealand.
