2015 Air Elite Network shows significant growth in Latin America

World Fuel Services' Air Elite Network has expanded to new locations in Mexico, the Caribbean and South America in 2015.

With the addition of seven new locations to the network in 2015, the Air Elite Diamond Service membership has grown significantly throughout South America. Currently, ten FBOs locations operate as part of the Air Elite Network to service business and general aviation (BGA) operators traveling in the region, increasing the total membership to 45 Air Elite Diamond Service locations worldwide.

The growth of this uniquely exceptional FBO network allows for better connectivity and servicing of the BGA flight operators and aircraft access to Air Elite Network locations as they move between Mexico, the Caribbean, and South America. Furthermore, when selecting Air Elite Diamond Service locations, operators are able to enjoy FBOs that benchmark The Ritz-Carlton philosophy of customer service, earn elevated FlyBuys loyalty rewards, and arrive with confidence of the strictly enforced facility standards for their aircraft and passengers.

Network membership is based on Air Elite Network board invitations that are only provided to FBOs that meet specific facility and customer service standards. Air Elite's benchmarking of The Ritz-Carlton philosophy on customer service is established through training attendance policies for all members. Air Elite Locations offer BGA operators FlyBuys Rewards for trip support services provided by World Fuel | Colt and other related purchases. This includes elevated FlyBuys Rewards at the level of four-times the rewards to members who utilize AVCARD and two-times the rewards for contract fuel transactions provided by World Fuel | Colt.

With the ultimate network size expected to grow to over 100 Diamond Service Locations, Air Elite is a network that will support customer service elevation, industry best standards, evolving and continuous training of the members, and collaboration toward solution-based innovations to best meet the demands of the BGA market today and in the future.
