CTT Systems AB receives order from AERIA Luxury Interiors on Cair system for one Boeing wide-body vip aircraft

AERIA Luxury Interiors, the vip completions division of VT San Antonio Aerospace based in San Antonio, Texas, has ordered CTT Cair system to be installed in one Boeing wide-body vip aircraft. The installation will be performed during second part of 2015.

''We are very pleased to work with CTT for our new outfitting project on a vip Boeing wide-body aircraft. This is the second Cair system we will install in a vip aircraft. We are thoroughly convinced of the added value of the Cair system for our customers” says Ron Soret, vice president and general manager of completions at AERIA Luxury Interiors.

“This is the second order we have won from AERIA Luxury Interiors and we are delighted to work with them again on this new aircraft and prestigious vip project” says Peter Landquist, vice president sales & marketing of CTT Systems.

Cair is focused on the passengers' health and comfort by providing humidification of the extremely dry aircraft cabins without causing condensation. Cair gives a pleasant relative humidity of around 20%, compared to 3-5% without, for the passengers, thereby reducing dry air related problems (e.g. fatigue, jet-lag, red eyes, dry skin, spread of virus diseases).

The Cair system is based on evaporative cooling technology and uses a method that effectively precludes the transfer of bacteria within the aircraft. The dual-purpose system increases humidity for greater comfort and incorporates the Zonal Drying system to counter condensation problems.
