Odyssey Aerospace Components, a vip cabinetry and interiors manufacturer, welcomes Randy Kempf, as senior director, operations, of the cabinet and precision machining facilities.

Kempf joins Odyssey with extensive manufacturing and machining operations experience holding leadership roles as president and ceo for the past 13 years. Career accomplishments include implementing strategies for 25 percent process improvement, developing new products resulting in seven U.S. patents as well as building a strong management team and growing sales by 40 percent.

“Randy's proven experience and strong leadership will enhance our team to better serve our clients. The demand for efficiency is more critical than ever as the industry becomes increasingly competitive. Imparting this efficiency into our products provides our clients a superior interior for the life of their aircraft,” said Odyssey Aerospace president Trey Bryson.

Prior to Kempf's executive roles, he worked as an engineer for avionics and flight control systems in both military and commercial divisions and has experience as a program manager, products manager and marketing manager. Kempf holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
